The DWR published Best Management Practices and Guidance Document, a series of five documents that provide regulatory clarification, technical guidance, and general examples to assist groundwater sustainability agencies (“GSA”) and inform local agencies and stakeholders. The BMPs will serve as an important reference as GSAs develop their plans to sustainably manage California’s groundwater basins.
