The Southwest Kings Groundwater Sustainability Agency intends to adopt a metering policy to require water meters on all groundwater wells within the SWKGSA’s boundary that discharge more than 2 acre-feet per year. A draft policy includes costs that will be imposed by the Agency for the purpose of compliance. The SWKGSA Board held a meeting to conduct a public hearing, discuss and consider adopting such a policy on April 8, 2020 via video conference.
